The MultiFunction Products Association (MFPA) is a not-for-profit California
Corporation. Such organizations are "owned" by the members, and are ruled
by the written Bylaws. Originally, this organization was founded
by Raymond Lutz in 1993 under the umbrella of
the Alliance Technology Institute. In 1997, ownership was
transferred to the non-profit MFPA corporation.
